Refund Policy
This Policy describes the conditions for refunds for services provided by AI Media Marketing LLC (“we”, the “Company”). By placing an order, you agree to the rules below.
1. Scope of Services
We provide services for video editing, landing-page creation, bot development/implementation, ad setup, and social media support. Deliverables are bespoke and produced for your specific request.
2. Advance and Milestone Payments
- Work starts after an agreed brief and advance payment (typically 50%).
- The advance covers planning, production, and initial setup costs; therefore it is non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases:
- Full prepayment, work not started. We refund 100% of the amount minus bank/payment-provider fees.
- Work started, but no interim materials provided. A partial refund is possible, proportional to the actual time/volume spent.
- Client cancellation after draft/interim results are delivered. No refund is issued; instead, we provide materials produced up to that stage.
4. Revisions and Acceptance
- Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed separately.
- Work is considered accepted after written approval in messenger/email or upon actual use of the materials.
5. Technical Limits and External Factors
Delays or limitations related to platform policies (Meta/TikTok/YouTube), third-party services, or licensing of music/fonts, etc., are not grounds for a refund.
6. Review Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, payment is returned via the original method within 5–10 business days after approval.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@aimedia.com.ua with the subject “Refund request” and include your order number, payment date, and reason.
