Public Offer

This document is a public offer by AI Media Marketing LLC, EDRPOU 45749892, registered address: Ukraine, 65074, Odesa region, Odesa, 54 Breusa St. (hereinafter — the “Contractor”) to provide services.

Acceptance of this offer is made by the Customer by any of the following actions: paying an invoice, confirming the work in correspondence (email/messenger), or signing a brief/Statement of Work. Upon acceptance, the parties enter into a contract on the terms of this Offer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides services for video production, landing page creation, development and implementation of Telegram bots, setup and management of advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), and related consulting and analytics (the “Services”). The specific scope, timeline, milestones, price, and other terms are fixed in the brief/SOW, commercial proposal, or correspondence.

2. Service Procedure

Brief → task alignment → execution → delivery of results → revisions within the agreed rounds.
The Customer provides materials/access and timely feedback.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined individually in USD.
Prepayment of 50–100% and/or milestone payments as per invoice.
The payment date is the date funds are credited. Bank fees are paid by the payer.

4. Revisions & Acceptance

The number of revision rounds is set in the proposal/brief. Additional revisions are billed separately.
The result is deemed accepted if no substantiated comments are provided within 3 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

Economic (proprietary) rights to the final materials transfer to the Customer after full payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
The Contractor may use cases in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

6. Confidentiality & Data

Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The Contractor’s liability is limited to the amount of the fees actually paid for the last 3 calendar months. Performance indicators (CTR, conversions, etc.) are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Cancellation / Refunds

The terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The cost of work actually performed is non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure events.

10. Final Provisions

Governing law: the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, in court at the Contractor’s registered address. The current version of the offer is always available on this page.
